Lavender Frisco

Ingredients

• 5oz bubbles
• 0.5oz Ms. Lavender syrup
• 1 dash (10 drops) Moutain Man bitters

Method

Pour yourself your favourite glass of bubbles and add the syrup and bitters; give a quick stir and enjoy!

Lavender Royale

Ingredients

• 0.25oz Ms. Lavender syrup
• 0.25oz gin
• 2 dashes (20 drops) Herbal Lavender bitters
• 4-5oz sparkling wine

Method

Grab a flute or coupe glass and add the above ingredients leaving the bubbles for last. Give it all a quick stir and garnish with a small sprinkle of Lemon Lavender Sugar - cheers!

Floral Frizzante

• 0.5oz Blossom Sauce
• 1 dash (10 drops) Lemon bitters

• 0.25oz gin

Ingredients

• 0.5oz Golden Hour syrup
• 1 dash (10 drops) Orange bitters

Ingredients

• 5oz bubbles
• 0.5oz Out of the Blue syrup

Sophia's Bubbles

Ingredients

• 1oz gin
• 0.75oz Raspberry Beret syrup
• 0.25oz fresh lemon
• 3oz bubbles 
• 3 dashes (30 drops) Basil Affinity bitters
• lemon rind

Method

Add all ingredients except for sparkling wine into a shaker tin, shake vigorously and then strain into a flute or coupe glass. Top with bubbles, garnish with lemon rind and enjoy!
